Yes we are insured with liability insurance that is a must for any company of operating in business in Australia.  We are so sure about our work that if you are not satisfied about our work we will do it again at no cost to you until you are satisfied, Remember some marks and dirt and wear are normal tear and wear.

There's many but probably one that we remember well is she let us go. For one or other reason but came back to us after a while and told us that no many people clean like us . That gives us a sense of that we must be doing something right.

The freedom it gives us ( husband & wife team ) so that we can concentrate on every job and if there's a problem somewhere we can always move around to have time to rectified it and because every 2 to 4 hours we are somewhere else and be able to meet different and wonderful people from different backgounds. Also because we have children of school age and give us the freedom to be with them.

We do confirm the day before by phone.  I have pets is that a problem ? Not at all.  Do I have to supply materials ? Not at all everything is supplied in the quote.

# 1      Because I have proved it during these years. So reliable that in 10 years we've probably failed about 10 times due to illness or some other mishaps.  Also we do confirm by phone the day before we are due to come so you always know if we are coming or not.

We know that people would like to have a lot done for the money sometimes but experience showed us that sometimes it is not possible unless money is no objection. There are areas where you can save some money in things that are not as important as some others for example the kitchen  the bathrooms and the floors.  Tip # 1             Dishes  this is a big one do not pay someone to do your dishes and if you do it will happen only for one day so you are not saving. If you have children have them load the dishwasher and unload them and put them away because also we don't know where everything goes or belongs to,but even if we do and we come to you regularly once a week or once a fortnight it will only happen one in 7 days or one in 14 days.  Tip # 2             Try to organize the house before the cleaners come sounds funny but it is true because if the cleaners have to come and put away shoes , books, dishes in the bedrooms,clothing all over the house and  if the cleaners have to be taken clothing from 2,3 or 4 bedrooms to the laundry you are throwing money away It will take more time to tidy up and less time to clean up but if you specify that from the beginning it will no be a problem so long as the cleaner knows.  Tip # 3             This is a huge one toys,toys,toys. Please if you want a real saving tip and you would have kids in your house and want cleaners to quote on you make sure you tell them and when they come to give you a quote they will not have to put toys away please understand that we can do that if you want but it is you that has to pay and if there's not problems with paying a higher fee then we can do that but if you have a problem with paying a high fee then try to save two things  money for you and time for the cleaner.

What makes our pricing competitive is that you know exactly up front how much is going to cost you and what it is that you will be getting in the quote. Because we have clients that are regular and some for years and some almost from the begining we can assure you that we can guarantee reliability and quality. Some companies will quote by the hour but then will ask you for a minimum of hours so they can take the job on . Also what make us competitive is that we use our own products and equipment.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We usually charge per job a lump sum as is very difficult to quote by the hour because either you have to go very slow or very fast to make it on time and there's no to properties alike. Also you know up front how much you are up for before we begin and you can decide if you want to go ahead or no. And because we are the professionals in our field we know where we can go fast or slow and it happens that if we are short change it doesn't cost you any extra.

We have a combined experience of more than 25 years in the trade in Australia and overseas.  Experience working in mining towns where the whole population works entirely for the mine company where health and safety are paramount if none of this two works efficiently the whole mine stops and you get  stripped of your contract.  Experience working for an international five start rated hotel ( just for the sake of this information at the time of our contract  Michael Jackson was a guest of this hotel ). Again in this instance health and safety was paramount because of guests and if anything went wrong hotel can be sued and again you loose the contract. Qualifications as follows :  Carpet Cleaning  Hard Floor Care  Rug Cleaning  Upholstery And  Fabric Cleaning  Advanced Stain Removal  Fire And Smoke Restoration  Odour Control  Health And Safety with regards to cleaning & general.  Certificate IV in management for Cleaning industry.  all this gained through IICRC  The IICRC is a certification and standard-setting non-profit organization for the inspection, cleaning and restoration industries.
