Yes we hold public indemity insurance. We do inspections before hand to and note any defects and let the customer know if any risks assoctiated with our cleaning processes.

A life event whilst working away from my family working FIFO made us adjust our values. I have always been well known for my clean streak and take pride in all aspects of cleaning and maintaining.

TLC Clean is an owner operated local business. Not a francisee, just a trustworthy guy wanting to earn an honest living providing for my family.  Well known for my obsessive cleaning qualities. We may not be the cheapest or the most expensive but I take pride in getting the job done right the first time.

We need to know service required, sq meterage of areas to be cleaned, location of job. Is area furnished or unfurnished.

Tile & Grout, Limestone cleaning services are usually quoted by sq metre. Carpet is quoted by room (max 12sqm) and depending on level of soilage.

Holding a police clearance and ongoing National training qualifcations with Jena Dyco.  I take pride in my values for maintaning and cleanliness. I feel that a job in this industry is a good fit as I enjoy meeting new people and seeing my hard work pay off when the customer sees the job on completion.
