  Titan were excellent on all forms of communication, including personalised emails - not standard template responses. I spoke with Yanni who was very professional and knowledgeable to my needs. The service was all inclusive end of lease clean with bond return guaranteed. Despite one small thing requiring the cleaners to return, they did so first thing the next morning and as promised, my full bond was returned.
