  While I was annoyed that no one turned up on the scheduled day and I was also not notified of a cancellation/delay I do appreciate your response to this. I received a phone call, an apology and a discount for future cleaning should I wish to engage their services in the future. Well managed professional response to a glitch.

  We are fully insured and guarantee our work 100%. If you are not happy for any reason, we will come back and do the job again free of charge.

• Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

  I was going to replace my carpets until my friend recommended to give Tidying a try. I don't know how they did it but I wish I was there to see it. I was very pleased and surprised it didn't cost much and I still got 10% discount, I saved myself over $2000 but Tidying did all that for less than $500
