  We paid Tidy Titans for a vacate/bond clean on our new home prior to moving in, and unfortunately the service was extremely disappointing. The owner completed the job alongside one staff member. On my initial inspection, I found several obvious issues and contacted the owner within minutes of her leaving. To her credit, she returned within an hour. During that time, I did a more thorough walkthrough and took photos of the condition of the property, which clearly showed how incomplete the clean was. When they returned, I left both cleaners to fix and finish the job, but even after they left for the second time, I was still extremely unhappy with the result. There were cobwebs, grease, grime, and dust throughout the house. Cupboards, skirting boards, doors, windows, and window frames were not cleaned at all. Power points and light switches were also untouched. As a result, I had to spend a significant amount of time cleaning myself, which delayed our move and made an already stressful time even harder — all within two weeks of Christmas. I paid for a professional clean specifically to make my life easier, but Tidy Titans achieved the exact opposite. Unfortunately, I made payment before doing a full inspection, which I now regret. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Tidy Titans for any type of cleaning service.
