  Absolutely outstanding service! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly careful with all my belongings. They handled everything efficiently, packing, loading, and unloading, with great attention to detail and zero damage. The crew was friendly, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure the move was stress-free. I’ve moved several times, and this was by far the smoothest experience I’ve ever had.   What a fabulous experience using the Removal Brothers. After just moving in we had them come and remove all the rubbish left by the previous owners, I could not believe how clean and organised they were and how clean they left our garage. We also needed help moving some furniture around the house and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend these guys such nice people to deal with, efficient and very reasonably priced.

  Not the greatest experience. Had an email confirmation for a 10:30am arrival ahead of our 1:30pm settlement, but the team showed up at 7:30am. Since it was just furniture for a 2-bedroom unit (no boxes), I didn’t want to pay the hourly rate for all those extra hours, so I reminded them of the confirmed time. They said a team would be back at 10:30. By 11am, no one had arrived and I hadn’t received a call. When I rang, I was told they were still half an hour away. Still no one showed up or called me. They finally arrived at 12:15, which left us really rushed to get everything out before settlement. My partner, brother, and dad all had to help to make sure we finished in time. I understand errors can happen, but the biggest issues for me were the lack of apology or accountability, and the poor communication throughout the morning. The manager legit stop answering his phone or turned it off. On such a stressful day, it really added to the pressure. On a positive note, the movers who did come were lovely and handled our furniture with care — can’t fault them there. Based on all the good reviews, I’m hoping this was just a one-off experience, but it definitely wasn’t the smooth move we expected.
