  We had an external hard drive that was damaged, but needed to try and recover the data. We were told that it was not possible. We contacted Tony and he came within the hour. He spent a great deal of time trying to recover the data in everyway possible, but unfortunately it was not to be. He wouldn't take any payment. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgable and I can't believe how hard he tried to help us. Tony will be the first one we call if we require help again, I can't recommend him highly enough
