  Clean to us vs clean to them is obviously very different especially after looking at things like toilet seat, basin drains and drain traps in the shower and floor, we had to take everything apart which is what they didn’t do and clean it again.

  I was totally disappointed in there’s people, didn’t do the job properly, had to do it all again as it was a pre sale clean I didn’t have time to get other cleaners in ,far worse experience I ever had with there’s people, would never ever recommend anyone to there’s people??

  They go through the property with you prior to commencing the job, upfront about costs, then go through it again with you when they're finished to make sure you're satisfied with the clean before leaving. The reason I gave 4 star was because I noticed the outside of the kitchen cupboards weren't wiped upon closer inspection after they left. They did a very thorough clean of the oven, stove, range hood and filters, and bathroom though which were the main problematic areas. Job well done with a very reasonable price.
