  This cleaner didn't show up the first time I arranged an appointment with them and didn't notify me until the last minute even though I kept trying to follow up with them. Since I found out this was due to a family emergency, I gave them another chance and rescheduled for the next week. Despite trying to contact them again to confirm and following up asking them to please notify me if they couldn't make it as I really needed the job done, they didn't show up again without even a warning or a message after the fact as a courtesy.
