  The initial contact with Yogesh was great. We accepted the quote in good faith that it would be installed soon Unfortunately 6 + weeks later the system was still no closer to being approved so I was told Every time I phoned yogesh i was told waiting on Western Power to approve the inverter There was never any return calls from Yogesh or TDG Solar to follow why this was happening two weeks before cancelling contract we were told that the inverter had been approved and final stage and would be installed in two weeks When I called after two weeks again not hearing back which I received an sms I am busy? The office then phone to say they had been instructed to return the deposit After the money was returned very promptly I sms to say how disappointed I was to which he agreed but also said that the next company would get approval straight away not like the issues I had with the i store Inverter

  Hi Jo We are sorry about the whole experience. You chose Istore inverter which was not on the Western power portal to do the application. We have discussed the matter with Istore team and they have promised numerous times that it will be listed soon but it took around 3-4 weeks. The approval from western power is not in our hands and sometimes it can take time. We returned your deposit in full when the approval didn't came before Friday as agreed.
