  After seeing Janak for 4 years, he completed forgot my appointment & I had to call him to remind him. He was over 20mins late and I was left standing in the rain waiting. He later lied and told me he hadn't forgotten even though the distinct sound of shock and confusion was in his voice when I called him. At the end of the consultation he informed me his prices had increased (not in any of our 4 emails to book beforehand) then sneakly tried to add a surcharge for using a debit card of $17. It was only because I noticed the price increase and asked did he disclose the surcharge. There is no signage to indicate this at all in his office. My partner had outstanding lodgement and he proceeded to process them without explaining the fee structure and ended up with an almost $700 bill. My partner had no idea what was going on and even explained this to Janak but was told I've already started doing it. Will never return. If he had been upfront with all the charges it wouldn't be a problem, the fact there was no disclosure and that he lied via email when I asked him to explain later is appalling and can't be forgiven. I have never received a receipt in any of my dealings either.
