  Jeremy is one of a kind, a rare bird: a lovely, courteous, dependable and efficient Plumber Extraordinaire. Nothing is too hard for him, he just needs to put his thinking cap on and solutions start to take shape. He will diagnose and repair the most mundane problems with such precision, ease and grace. I know that words like “grace” and “lovely” don’t always go hand in hand with such a practical trade industry, but Jeremy (T/A Sydney Plumbing Services) surprised me pleasantly with his punctuality, communications, patience to walk me through the whole process, dealing with the relevant suppliers in record speed and eventually efficiently replacing our ancient toilet and bathroom taps without breaking our beautiful vintage tiles in the bathroom… . He was at all times willing to answer our questions and made us feel good about contacting him with any questions, even after the work was completed - a wonderful experience and a top-notch job indeed. And the cherry on the top of the cake? The seemingly useless “leftovers” were to be whisked away to a faraway place that brings life back into them as… cement! I am truly thankful I called for their services and I highly recommend Jeremy and his family business.

  Very responsive, called within moments of logging the job on One Flare. Found Jeremy to be down to earth, while being respectful (understanding I am not a plumber but assuming I am an intelligent person) and communicating clearly and openly. In addition to the site inspection, he asked many questions about the issue, acting like a detective to problem solve and troubleshoot. The agreed solution for him to fix appears to have fixed a long term problem we have had with a number of hot water systems.
