  DONT WAISTE YOUR MONEY....DO NOT get this company to represent you!!! Terrible unfrofessional service that i would not recommend to my worst enemy! The solicitor turned up an hour & a half late to court. When he did arrive he was not at all prepared nor was he familiar with the factoring criminal history. When the solicitor went before the magistrate to represent he didnt even know his clients name! A complete waiste of $2000, we would have been better off representing ourselves.

  I received a quote from Sydney Legal Practice at $900 incl GST. After reviewing all quotes I contacted the business who passed me onto someone else in his office who then proceeded to tell me that the cost for conveyancing on the sale of my property would be $1,500 plus GST plus disbursement (all up likely cost of around $1,900). Obviously I thought to myself that this person was not aware of the quote previously provided at $900 incl GST so I message the business to clarify, only to be told bluntly that the value of my house meant that the cost was higher!!!. Interesting concept I think to myself. So I advised the business that in fact I had told him what the expected sale price was going to be when I sought original quote and that he was completely aware of that from the outset. I offered the business an opportunity to honour his original quote to which I have had absolutely no response. It seems that Sydney Legal Practice have more business that they need and are happy to treat potential clients with contempt. On my experience I will not be making contact with Sydney Legal Practice again
