  We have been a customer for many years now. Our business is located in Victoria but the ease of contact, solutions addressed promptly and responsiveness to assistance are the keys to lengthy business support relationships. Oh, and by the way - cannot remember any down time over these many years. You don't get much better service than this!

  I put an add up looking for a company to build a new website. I'm very impressed with Sydney Business Web in Thornton NSW. The consulting and quote process has been unusually detailed (in a good way). Keith reviewed the reference site I provided, highlighted key features and likely costs to build something equivalent, and also mapped out sensible options at different budget levels. Communication has been fast and clear, and I felt confident proceeding. Keith is a wealth of knowledge but is also very down to earth and is easy to talk to.
