What makes your pricing competitive?

Swish Home Services provides a flat fee for all services. Some other companies have a cheap hourly rate for basic services however charge you wipe down walls, vacuum under beds, clean door handles ect. This is all covered in our price.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Services are to be paid for in cash once job is finished.

. Swish Home Services Swish Home Services provides domestic home cleaning to most suburbs within a 20km radius of the Adelaide CBD. Swish cleaners are friendly & enthusiastic & operate to the highest possible standards offering exemplary customer service. We offer a thorough clean which covers all the sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting & cleaning of wet areas & we don’t charge any extra or itemise things to be charged. We have a flat fee off $32 per hr minimum 2 hrs Monday to Wednesday and $35 per hr minimum 2 hrs Thursday to Friday Our staff are fully vetted, reference checked, insured and have current Police Clearances
