How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I started this little business up for my two children cutting lawns when they where 15 and 13 to help them out and my wife and i would drive them to the jobs and i showed them how to use the equipment safe. Now they have job and i run the business

I completed this customers work up in the hills which had been started by others and not completed and once i finished they paid the account and i had a few drinks with them and they brought me a gift to say thank you. I also picked up anther customer from them. All of our lawn cutting are used as stock feed not just discarded.

Working outside, and the look on the customers face or the tex message you get saying thank you for a great job. But the biggest like is getting a referral to or from one of their friends to quote their job.

1. Be open and honest in the work they would like   2. Explain exactly what they would like done 3. In the case of a garden clean up, look at doing it just before a Council Greens Pick Up to save costs in removing the over burden waste

S&M House and Garden Care can offer two special, the first is if a new customer would like to come on board as a regular client i can reduce the set rate and also offer a free lawn cut before Christmas so the customer is not burdened over those hectic times.

I can be competitive by having minimal overheads and on the bigger projects by calling on other quality contractors to share the overheads of the job if required

How i would charge for the service would be done by a visual quotation of the work required. This would be done either via an hourly rate or an agreed set price

I have vast experience in working close with customers and providing quality work, including advice. I have worked in this environment both at the work front and also in management, i am very proactive and i have a high regard to safety.
