How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I needed to leave my nightshift job and wanted something flexible so I could be with family if I needed to. I knew from previous experiences with cleaners that I could offer better service and take the time to do a really good job.

When I start a job you floor becomes my floor and I clean how I would like my own floor cleaned for the money. I like my job the most when I am happy with the results and so is the customer.

Are you qualified for the work ? Many cleaners just start because there is no industry standard. A good cleaner will be able to show you evidence of training.  Do you have a truckmount or portable machine and how many hors has it done. Truckmounts almost always have more suction and heat to perform a much better job. If the machine has done 3000 hours it is not going to work as well as it used to

Are you a franchise ? No we are not we are husband and wife family owned and operated. We started from nothing and are slowly building up a happy customer client base to keep us running for many years.

Because we are honest and we know what it is like to book a service and have them not show up on time or not at all. We also know what its like to pick someone and cross your fingers they do a good job. We offer the service you expect but rarely receive.

What suburb, how many rooms, level of soiling from light to heavy, does furniture require moving, what capret or upholstery type ( if known ) how many m2 is the space for tile cleaning, is you tile natural stome or man made.

For carpet cleaning we offer discount for people who do not require us to move furniture. We also offer a discount to customers that perform a good pre vacuum before we arrive so we can skip this step.

We make our prices as low as we can while still covering the cost of running the best equipment and cleaning products. Our prices are very competitive to other professional cleaners that produce the same results and offer the same service as us.

Many customers do not realise you can get your tile and grout restored. Many more do not realise you can get your grout colour sealed which is a great alternative yo getting your floors re grouted or re tiled.
