I always try to win over my client within reason. Some of my most demanding client turns out to be the ones that pushed me to improve my skills, technique and quality. On the other hand, the rest of my customer that are happy with my service is rewarded by me doing extra work.

When we come to give a free quote for an initial job, take us through all the windows so we know exactly what to do; We’ll waive off the first customer fee. For a regular customer more frequent than a fortnightly basis we can give up to 50% discount. We look after our customer by keeping the same price.
