  I have used Step by Step Conveyancing for the settlement of over 18 property transactions and I have found their services exemplary. Elisa Western is singularly the best conveyancer in the Hills district and I have never experienced a problem with any sale or purchase. I truly recommend their service as being the best. If you want competent, efficient and competitive pricing for any conveyancing transaction you simply cannot go past them for professionalism.   Poor communication. Had another solicitor draw up a contract a few months later and she highlighted omissions from the original done by Elisa. I wouldn't recommend Step by Step or this website either.

  When I left school, I went to secretarial college and then my first job was in a Lawyers firm in Castle Hill. From that point on I was involved in many areas of law, but helping people buy and sell property was what I loved most and ever since then that is what I have continued to do.
