  Debbie was amazing with my tax return! Everything was communicated through emails, she is extremely responsive and communicative which made it so much less stressful. I had a lot of deductions and questions and she handled them with ease. I paid a tonne less tax than I thought I would because of Debbie. 100% recommend.

  For $75 upfront, Debbie spoke with me for 20 minutes as I had questions regarding a new business I am starting up. Upon hearing her advice, I started a trust and a company which I paid her an additional $1300 plus to set up. It was very confusing and I had some questions once the trust was created only to be told quote “she could no longer help me, she’s going on holidays then scaling down her business”…only to then see her promoting her services on FB when someone was seeking an accountant. I’m not sure why she did what she did, but any confidence in her company is now at a huge ZERO. I am warning anyone else who may be looking for a ‘long term HELPFUL accountant’ that this woman is not there to help, just to get paid!

  Chezza - sorry to hear you were disappointed with my service. I provided you with the service as paid for - I also provided you on more than one occasion with prompt free advice you required, unfortunately due to the amount of assistance you needed, I recommended you to a local accountant with more capacity to assist you further. I am also scaling down - and am just working with tax clients only currently. Wishing you all the best with your new business, I am sure it will be a success. I wish I could provide the level of assistance everyone needs however there are times when I realise my services can only go so far to meeting a client's needs, and this is what happened in your case. I hope nobody tries to destroy your business with untrue reviews.
