  Sherisse and Glen and her staff where fantastic, the set up and professionalism - second to none - food - delicious and mouth watering- they catered a work function for 35 people, including Halal and Vegertarian considerations, with less than a weeks notice and pulled it off flawlessly - our short notice, international visitors were delighted and impressed - cant recommend this team enough - definetly hire again, and again

  Sherisse and her team were wonderful. They were efficient, discrete, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Bec was great on the bar, Igor a fantastic waiter. The food was excellent and the service outstanding. It was an absolutely stress free experience which beautifully suited our special remembrance celebration for our beloved mum. She would have thoroughly approved. Thankyou all so much.

  Great food and service from Sherisse and the team at Standing Fork. Excellent value, courteous service and good back-and-forth communication over email. We were planning our event from overseas so it was really helpful to have someone as detail-oriented as Sherisse. Everything we needed was there on the day and she exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you for making our event so memorable!

  We don't know where to start... but one thing for sure, we want to thank Glen and Sherisse for serving the delicious buffet on our event last Saturday at Rose Garden Baldivis. The beef rendang, tumeric coconut rice, Chinese noodles with asian vegetables, chicken roast, beef roast potatoes and the lots were to die for! Our guests were extremely impressed with the spread and really enjoyed the buffet. The desserts especially pavlovas were a hit too. Glen and Sherisse made an impression the first time we met them. Nothing is impossible to them. Mind you, we chose our own menu and Sherisse made it possible. We truly appreciate all your efforts and we want the world to know that YOU ARE THE BEST!

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  My parents started a small catering service just as a weekend income, but it grew quickly and they had full time jobs they were committed to, so they asked my husband and I to take over it.
