  When getting questions or requests from the buyers solicitors, sending me emails like "please find attached email and provide instructions" doesn't really help, I expect them to pick up the phone and explain to me what the issue is and explain what the options are as a minimum, I don't feel they are trying to do what's best for the client but to do what's most efficient for themselves, I am disappointed and won't recommend them.
