Following an internal review and our call logs, our records show that we spoke with you three times on Friday afternoon and provided you with a quote. You then emailed through a contract for legal review at approximately 1:30 pm. Unfortunately, due to existing commitments, we did not have the capacity to complete the review by 5:00 pm that same day. We did, however, contact you afterwards to discuss your concerns and followed this up via email. To date, we have not received a response from you. We also note that we were never formally engaged to act on your behalf. In these circumstances, we were surprised and disappointed to see a public review, particularly as we did not provide a legal service to you, nor were we given the opportunity to do so. We are sorry that you feel your expectations were not met.
