  I recently hired a team of cleaners to clean my house deep, and unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with their service. Although the team arrived on time and was professional in their demeanour, the quality of the cleaning did not meet my expectations. While they brought all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, the thoroughness of their work left much to be desired. When they were checked, I got a response of "We are efficient." Several areas were missed, including the tops of shelves, baseboards, shower screens and some corners. The tough stains and grime in the kitchen and bathrooms were not adequately addressed, leaving these areas still needing attention. The cleaners took significantly longer than anticipated to complete the job, which caused considerable disruption to my schedule. Additionally, despite their efforts, the overall cleanliness of the house did not reflect a deep clean, as there were still visible dust and dirt in various spots. Although the team was polite and tried to be thorough, the results were far from satisfactory. Given the cost and time involved, I expected a much higher standard of cleaning. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.
