I took some time researching and getting to understand the whole Solar Process over a fairly lengthy time. It can be quite confusing. Along with this research I also received many quotes and spoke to many installers. Mustafa from Solar Merchants was recommended by a good friend of mine. After having many conversations I chose to go with Mustafa due to his genuines and fantastic communication. He always got back to me, reached out several times and kept me in loop through the whole process. He gave me great confidence in trusting his judgment and recommendations. I ended up going with quite a large system, 42 panels (I would recommend going larger rather than smaller) and also installing a 19kw Sungrow battery. This was paired with a Sungrow 3 phase hybrid inverter. All the installers that attended were extremely hard working and did a fantastic job. I contacted Solar Merchants via their webpage’s Whatsapp then Mustafa immediately cotacted me and setup an onsite visit. He is very knowledgeable of his craft and explained everything up to the fine details. The project was completed in span of 8 business days from initial onsite meeting up to final configuration of the panels.
