Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Legally must be insured. I have a contract that is my guarantee, this provide both myself and my couples with reassurance on what they will be receiving when hiring me as their celebrant. The contract also informs the couple what is expected of them - win-win.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I am a romantic at heart and enjoy seeing people at their best, when they are in love. I'm an extremely organised person and enjoy being involved in events.

All my ceremonies are special in their own way. No two couples are the same, just as no two ceremonies are. I love when I receive thank you letters that express a families joy of the occasion.

What do you like most about your job?

Happy times. Being invited to be a part of someones life changing memories. I love being able to put a brides mind at rest and a groom feel at ease during what is usually their most stressful months of planning and organising.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

What is the FINAL fee, there are many hidden charges. What does the quote include - PA system etc. The best advise I can give is to actually talk with the celebrant and see if you have a connection, if your on the same page. You are the center of attention not us.

There are no two couples the same, therefore questions vary from couple to couple.  In all my dealings with couples, I always maintain HONESTY.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

My name is everything. Without a good reputation in this industry, you don't get work. I only accept one booking per day, so I am not late leaving one ceremony to get to another.  I am always early, this enables me to trouble shoot any possible things that may arise for a smooth ceremony.

Extremely client focused. Provide very personal service for each individual couple. All ceremonies personalized and unique. Pride taken in each.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Date, location and size of the ceremony. As I have a standard flat fee my quotes are straight forward. However, if there are circumstances outside the ordinary, I am more than willing to discuss this over the phone 02 60208175.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1). Plan a small ceremony at my place, than celebrate with friends afterwards at a reception. 2). Discounts may be available for couples that are willing to forgo some time consuming elements on the day. 3). Elope. Still very romantic and perfect for money conscious couples.

I offer very small ceremonies on my property at a reduced price,  Knowing how difficult getting started is these days, a "big" wedding is sometimes daunting. I have a beautiful property and like to share this for intimate affairs, with the same advantage as a venue for those formal photos.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Flat fee. I do far more for my couples than most other celebrants.  Such as customising the ceremony, helping with the vows and generally making sure my couples are relaxed.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Flat fee.  Meaning NO hidden extras.  Includes all meetings, rehearsal, paperwork, communications and anything else that may be needed. Deposit on booking and final payment (usually) before the rehearsal.

I specialise in very personal ceremonies. Pleasing the couple and not "copy and paste". All areas of the marriage process, from first meeting to the actual day, are important. Stress free, easy and fun journey with me to guide each couple.
