I wanted to work for myself, I had a carpet cleaner come to my house and he wasn't pleasant to deal with and his work wasn't great, I thought I could do that job and be better, So I went and trained up, I didn't want to be another franchise operator who doesn't really care

I had a customer who was getting her wool carpets in Living and Dining areas steamed cleaned so that it could be redyed afterwards, She was so happy with the results she didn't end up getting it redyed

The opportunity to make customers happy and love there floors again, Not much beats the satisfaction of seeing a customer who cant believe there eyes when seeing results of floors that haven't been cleaned for a long time
