  Shan Lawyers were kind, considerate and prompt! Unfortunately, we had to deal with the estate of a family member, and Thirumalai was so incredibly patient. Giving her time for lengthy phone calls to explain the legal situation and to deal with sensitive topics with such care and kindness. She was thorough and delicate with the matter, ensuring that all parties understood and were involved.
