It all started from my dad. He was my inspiration. I am a people person and my job as an Accountant makes me happy that I can help people with their taxation, business and other things

I have a lot of good stories to tell. but what stands out at the moment is when I get a hug from a new client for helping her with her income tax return. Then come back the following day and deliver a box of chocolates and cannot stop singing praises about me.

I love my job. I get to meet different people in all walks of life. I am very passionate in helping my clients with their taxation and accounting matters. The trust that we built over the years is lasting and you cannot put a dollar value towards it.

There is no right questions. Trust your instinct. Trust is a very important thing to consider. If you think you can trust this person to handle your taxation affairs then go for it.

I always get ask if I can do something to help them reduce their tax liability. or Do they get a refund? Sometimes its a challenge to explain to them that they only receive refund if they paid tax.

I am a good person with good standing in the community and my church. I am honest,reliable and trustworthy. When I promise completion of work to a client I deliver it before the promise date. I keep my client up to date with the progress of the work.

For individual return, how many payg payment summary. Do you have other investments such as shares, rental property. Any work related deductions. Are you paid motor vehicle allowance from your employer. Any other matters related to income tax return

Provide all the information required. Make sure the bank reconciliation is completed if they have an accounting software. Make sure the GST/BAS returns reconciled
