When can you do the job? We will work as closely to the desired date as possible if not the next available time slot.  What chemicals do you use? We only use bleach to strip down mould and heavy dirt when pressure cleaning. For window cleaning, we use purified water.

We are a "single origin" business. In other words, we don't send subcontractors out. Santos who owns the business will turn up, quote and do the job. He prides himself on being on time and will never leave a job until the customer is satisfied.

How many levels is the home or business? Where is the premises located? Do you need fly screens cleaned as well? How urgent is the job?

Remove fly screens if you don't want them cleaned.  Remove anything that will get in the way of the technician doing his job. eg any furniture in front of windows?

Our pricing speaks for itself. It's competitive when you get the results you want at the price that seems appropriate. We get to know our customers and work closesly with their budget.

As each house is unique, it is always best that we come out to look at the job to give an accurate quote. We quote based on the job not hourly rate.

We offer Graffiti removal and specialise in Pressure Cleaning of Sandstone surfaces as well as resealing areas. We also work specifically on homes that are being prepared to get sold.

We have completed a Heights Safety Certificate. Have been Police checked (can request on demand). Have been working on window cleaning and pressure cleaning for over 5 years. We have cleaned commercial buildings as well as strata blocks.
