  Do not book this removalists, especially if you are a solo female. They arrived 7 hrs late with a truck 1/4 of the size I ordered. The truck also was taken up with someone else’s stuff. When it came to pay Sam wanted to charge me for a larger truck and stopped him men from unloading threatening to drive away with my remaining items, call the police and take me to court. Moving is one of the biggest stresses in life and you don’t need the extra stress and threats from Sam.

  Unfortunately, my experience was not good. The service felt unprofessional and unreliable, especially for interstate moving. I would not recommend this service for long-distance moves.

  I hesitated about writing this review, but I think others should know what they are getting themselves into. I would recommend reading other similar reviews before booking. The movers arrived 3 hours late with poor communication. I booked for 2pm and confirmed, yet I needed to follow up multiple times as there was no heads up that they were running behind. They ended up arriving 3 hours late. I was understanding at this point as these things happen. However, they used my box packing tape without asking to tape furniture and consequently ruined furniture when the tape was removed. The furniture was also dented. I let the owner know this had happened and he blamed me for ruining the furniture. The owner then agreed to “assess” the damage in 3-5 days and perhaps fix it. However, you cannot fix dents in furniture nor where the tape has damaged it. I will see what ends up happening but after reading other similar reviews I don’t see this being rectified. They also scratched a door bringing in the fridge. It’s disappointing as my furniture is well looked after and this move was into my first home. The owner also adds extra pricing on top of what is agreed, despite being provided with accurate details of the property beforehand. The movers do not bring adequate equipment e.g., they did not take a small mirror that could’ve easily fit in the truck as they had nothing to wrap it in, they did not bring appropriate tape to tape furniture drawers. They also drag furniture along the floorboards. The pricing does not reflect the unsatisfactory level of service. I struggled to understand why the owner wouldn’t apologise for ruining furniture and instead his first instinct is blame and defensiveness. The communication from the owner is unusual and unprofessional. I also feel for the movers themselves as they don’t have the equipment they need, and probably do try their best with what they have. If you want a stress free move, your furniture intact, and professionalism, I’d suggest booking with another company.

  Do not use. Damage to goods and threats. Lol. This guy thinks a price list is a quote. Extremely unprofessional. Started saying that he has partners in the business and that if I don’t pay (the wrong price) they will be upset. Not sure if he was saying was connected to some kind of syndicate.

  The removal team Karan N Manav were fantastic. They did a wonderful job moving all our things carefully and quickly. The workers were friendly and helpful, always ready to lend a hand when needed. They even went out of their way to ensure everything was packed and loaded safely. It was a big help during what can often be a stressful time. Thanks to their hard work, the whole moving process was smooth and easy for us. We are very grateful!
