  My partner Melissa & I had booked our move from clearview to the north we are very unhappy with our experience, we where very mislead in so many ways we where told and quoted that the move would only be $490 and we had booked the bigger truck they only bought a little truck they had rocked up at my house at 9.30am without my permission when we had agreed to a 11am pick up, they than where late and didnt arrive on time. They came to the house took furniture a part and didn’t even take this furniture to the property, they told me they would be done at a certain time at the property and took a lot longer they told me they would be at the new property in 20 mins than went missing and rocked up 2 hours later, they left half the house at the property they didn’t even offer to put my furniture back together they took some things to my property and didn’t even put stuff together left things in all different places, they left screws in a pot plant at my house not even giving me back my property in a professional way, they than demanded money out of me that I didn’t even agree to from the start They than asked to come back the next day due to not wanting to work anymore, they took off Fridge table legs and did not put anything back together they also broke my internet cord and not even offering to fix it, I’m so upset with my experience not only am I upset and have more stress on us we left out of pocket and also had to pay more people to get the job corrected. I have attached photos and also the truck we where meant to get and what we where sent
