Most commonly is screeding. Unfortunately most tilers these days don't have the experience or knowledge in screeding and therefore need to offer a 3rd party to the client.

The most important information is how many square meters the job is. Any type of waterproofing in wet areas or if screeding is necessary at all. Helpful information is also the sizing / dimensions of tiles to be used.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. If replacing old with new tiles, clients can save money on pulling up their own tiles. 2. If clients want to help in transporting tiles and sand to multi level premises this could save time and money. 3. The cleaner the area of work the faster a more efficient the job can be completed.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Most work given the size of the job are quoted and charged by square meter. Smaller jobs or daily jobs can be quoted by hours worked within that day. Flexibility with prices is definitely negotiable.

Specific in ALL tiling areas. Marble tiling in bathrooms, polish floors and wall marble tiling. Bluestone in all external and internal pavements, ceramic tiling in bathrooms floor and walls. Specialising in all types of mosaic and waterproofing for bathrooms, kitchens and outdoor pavements.

Over 20 years experience within the tiling industry. With most experience engaged overseas working along side Italian engineers and architects therefore providing excellence in trade services.
