  Had to make a last-minute booking with SafetyRemoval but Chris and Jay made the process so easy. I had so many things and their team was so helpful and very efficient. Moving is so stressful but they made it hassle-free for my family. Thank you SafetyRemoval! Highly recommended and will definitely use them again in the future!

  Used safety removal through airtasker. Danillo was a pleasure to work with but after rightfully asking if we could contest additional fees for extra time, customer service proceeded to get very angry and threaten us, saying they knew where we lived they would come everyday until we paid, we must leave the house for food and that they know everyone in Sydney. Absolutely vile customer service.

  Hi Sophie, As we can see you booked somewhere else and asked for a lift to avoid extra cost with Uber and at the end of the job refuse to pay for the service. It’s so frustrating when we send 2 men and truck for a service and we do not receive for this job. We understand your frustration, the job was booked for 1h. Pickup started in Pyrmont and delivery in maroubra, the total hours for the job was 1.5h

  We just moved from Western Sydney to Central Coast. The team from SafetyRemoval made our whole experience a lot easier although it was still difficult due to distance of the move and the fact that we moved from a bigger home to a much smaller one. The team were very professional and handled all our furnitures with utmost care ensuring they all arrived as they left. The guys carefully wrapped the big items and protected our electronics. They also disassembled and reassembled our beds. I was quite impressed and very grateful for their work. Overall I am very glad that I got SafetyRemoval to do my move and happy to recommend them to anyone.

  Terrible service, removalists clearly taking longer than required in order to charge more. I do not recommend using them Edit: Job was booked under my partners name Molly, customer service was contacted on the day and was far from helpful

  Thanks Chris for the booking. The team did a great job, disassembled and reassembled all the items. We also have a double door fridge which the team had to unscrew the doors to avoid damage. Highly recommended SafetyRemoval Thanks again Chris
