Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Simple answer is YES. We are fully insured, appropriately licensed and experienced and only use products that have a well known warranty approach. We off a full 12 moth warranty on all technical works.

We have all been in the industry for many years, as a Director / part owner of the business my main reason for entering the industry was to meet the challenges of an ever changing industry with regular client / personal interaction and these factors would basically be the same for all involved in S4 Security.

There are many stories that could be told relative to situations and events but it is best that these are kept private. Sharing of too much information in our industry can lead to situations arising. Security is really a CONFIDENTIAL and client specific situation as no 2 clients are alike. There are some really interesting situations to talk about but often the less said the better.

Assisting clients in an ever changing industry by providing them with the best overall package / recommendations. Meeting new people and forming a relationship with both new and existing customers.

clients should always ask for proof of identity, proof of qualifications and enquire about our experience within the area / product in which they are interested or enquiring about. Normally we will ask some questions before even attending the clients premises just to get a feel on the requirements and situation of the enquirer / client.

Many clients initially tell you exactly what they want and then we provide the best solution/s relative to their individual needs. If questions are not asked, we will advise the client of what we recommend and why.

The combined experience of all members of the S4 Security team. As part of our personal and business licenses all staff hold recent Police checks including finger printing and all staff and management have physically undertaken the service required by the new client.

Basically we need to look at the service requested and then undertake a full site inspection ( particularly for any new installations ) or ask the questions that will help us take you to the correct service and best price. We never provide a quotation without a full site and risk assessment being undertaken.

Customers can normally save money by having the following: 1/. Know the product they want priced. 2/. Have an idea how much they wish to spend on any service. 3/. Listen to the professionals as we will always provide customers with the best options which may in turn help customers save more. 4/. Do not be guided by what you have read about or been advised is best, let us provide the solutions for you.

All new work is always quoted on after a site inspection. There is no way that any business can provide you with a price without first assessing the client's requirements. Regular accounts such as alarm system monitoring accounts cover a period of three ( 3 ) months. Working with the client always results in what we both consider to be a fair price for the service provided. NO LOCK IN CONTRACTS just service and the best advise.

How do you normally charge for your service?

S4 Security has a range of payment options and these are structured based on the nature of the service required. As an example, alarm or CCTV installations and other technical works are normally paid for upon completion ( for new clients ). Other service accounts can be settled by special arrangements but having the client pay for work asap enables us to keep our prices as low as possible.

S4 Security provides all security services and products with all staff and management having had many years within the industry and all have worked in the various roles thus ensuring that we know what we are talking about. You will get the best service at the best prices.

All S4 Security staff are fully licensed and most importantly very experienced in their specific field. All staff and management regularly undergo updated training and all have had Police checks and finger printing as part of our license requirements.
