He provided a fixed price quote, then tells me, sorry I didn't allow for removal of the wall so I will need to add that on and that I need an engineer because he doesn't understand why the old wall is falling over. He provides me an engineers number that is so far away that the engineer says sorry too far away. This person should have worked all this out in the quote prior to saying it was a fixed price quote. Bottom line, my retaining wall still needs replacing.
