My practice has professional liabilty insurance cover from Lexon Insurance for $2 million per claim I have attached a copy of the Insurance Certificate for the current 2015-16 year

I started off doing civil engineering. Not being a gifted mathematician that was obviously a problem. I did law because it looked interesting but also because there was no maths

Most questions relate to costs however I try to impress upon clients that it is my experience which will save them costs at the end of the day, Less experienced lawyers are often unable to grasp the legal issues quickly and deal with them cost effectively

I  have over 30 years experience as a commercial property and business lawyer. I work from a home office  with no support staff  and am on call 24 /7 .  I am therefore able to deliver on -time results at hourly rates which are far less than almost all traditional law firms

If it is a property purchase for example, advise me whether is is residential or commercial. Ideally it is best that I see the Contract BEFORE you sign it. Also advise the time frames and whether time is critical. If it complex, I will need to talk to you by phone before providing a quote

Be as certain as you can be as to the outcome you are looking for, and at the first meeting let me have all your contact details incl ABN if a company etc

I always try and give an estimate of costs, and in fact I am obliged to have the client sign a Client Costs Agreement where the fees exceed $1,500 . Where it is too difficult to estimate I advise clients of my hourly rate which is about 40% less than most law firms

I specialise in property and business law- ie, buying and selling residential and commercial real estate, leasing, both commercial and retail, buying and selling businesses including dealings with liquor licences. I also advise on retiremant village contracts, reverse mortgages and guaranteees

With over 30 years experience I am able to quickly identify the legal issues you need assistance with. In addition I am available 7 days a week and will come to you if transport is an issue
