  Great to begin with. I asked for a clear crystal quote of land and build contract. Got quoted double what was the original quote. I thought I was clear over the phone however wasn't so. Hate leaving non 5 star reviews but this was just my experience.

  Hi Blake. Our initial quote covered the Conveyancing. You then advised that you were after a separate quote for a build Contract which is not generally included in a Conveyance. Our office reviewed the build Contract for you, complimentary of course, and found it best to refer you onto our Solicitor for further review due to the complexity of it. From the start, we did advise you that the build Contract may be of extra charge. Our Solicitor then provided you a quote for the build Contract which would be on top of our initial Conveyancing quote. We apologise for any confusion caused.
