In response to COVID-19, we have implemented strict protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic cleaning environment.   * Use of hospital-grade disinfectants proven to eliminate viruses, including COVID-19.   * Special focus on high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, countertops, and handles.   * Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for every job to minimize contamination risks.   * Any staff member experiencing symptoms or exposed to COVID-19 must isolate and get tested before returning to work.   * Frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizers before, during, and after cleaning.   * Fresh, sanitized cleaning cloths, mop heads, and sponges used for every client to prevent cross-contamination.   * Contactless cleaning options, including key drop-off and online payment, for minimal interaction.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

As a support worker in NDIS and Aged Care, domestic cleaning was more than just a task—it was an essential part of ensuring my clients lived in safe, comfortable environments. I took pride in my attention to detail, knowing that cleanliness wasn’t just about appearances but about creating a space where people felt truly cared for.  One afternoon, while sharing tea at Wellington Point Beach, one of my clients, Miss Katherine, an insightful 82-year-old, looked at me and said, "You need to start a cleaning business. With your eye for detail and professionalism, you’ll do exceptionally well."  Her words stayed with me as I drove her home. Miss Katherine had always been sharp and observant, and her encouragement made me pause and reflect. She saw something in me—something I had overlooked in myself.  That conversation sparked an idea. If I could bring the same level of care, precision, and professionalism to a broader audience, I could create something meaningful.  With Miss Katherine’s words as my inspiration, I took the leap and founded RenRo Services, a commercial and residential cleaning business. My goal was clear: to provide top-quality cleaning services with the same dedication I had given to my clients in aged care and disability support.  From that moment on, I knew I wasn’t just starting a business—I was building a service that truly made a difference in people’s lives.
