  I am a property manager in Blacktown. My relationship commenced with Renigen cleaning services when I found myself needing an urgent clean for a property we look after.   Best way to save money previous to initial clean is to prepare ! -Make sure you clear on what you want and what you don't, it is important that you know what is being cleaned and if any of your belongings are in the way or could get damaged or simply misplaced for rubbish. -Hard to get to places are kept to a clean standard. This helps us quote a cheaper price which will be more affordable as we do not have to spend time in tight corners. -Clearly label to us what you would specifically like done ! This will ensure you get value for money.
