  Fantastic experience with Blake during my property buying journey. Blake was highly knowledgeable in all areas and supported me throughout the entire process as first a home buyer. Any question or request was met with a genuine enthusiasm to assist, and enabled me to move through each step confidently knowing he was just a phone call or message away!

  Buyer beware! Disappointing buyer experience with one of their agents — unprofessional, and failed to rectify an issue that will now cost us. He even admitted to lying to us over something included in the signed contract! Requested a call from the owner of the agency, but never heard back. I tried a few times myself to follow up, and I replied to an auto message with my name and reason for needing to speak with him. Poor service and accountability all round it seems! Agents forget that today’s buyer will be tomorrow’s seller or landlord and are also their biggest form of advertising. We have already suggested to potential sellers they go elsewhere unless they want mediocre service. Anyone could sell a house at record price in this current market, but service will get you business, and both fell short on this in every way. Buyers and sellers don’t need reviews to get homes, but we get to review them at the end of the process. I hope this is a learning curve for him, so he can be a better agent in the future. Then to have the pool left dirty, as well as pot plants left behind and ceiling coverings - both of which were specifically asked to be removed at final inspection. Based on this experience — find another agent/ agency.

  Redmond and Jasmine have been magnificent to work with concerning the lease of our second property with them. Redmond is a calm and composed leader and was particularly reassuring throughout the process, and Jasmine has been a stalwart support through her knowledge regarding property management! Highly recommend to a variety of parties; we’ve done our first lease with them, and our subsequent lease, and both experiences have been brilliant.
