I've been a Personal Trainer and Boxing Coach for 7 years and have trained over 1000 clients. I'm also a qualified Mindset and Breath work coach and am extremely passionate in working not only on our physical well-being but our inner well-being simultaneously. My aim is to help people achieve their goals externally while working on their Self Image and sense of empowerment internally too (if you wish). I'm a warm, friendly person who is passionate about her life's work and a lot of wisdom and experience under my belt. I specialise in: - Boxing (for all levels) - Strength training (all levels- for toning/weight loss) - Nutrition advice - Holistic Health (Self care practices outside of physical training). We can train at your house for at a park close by- whichever you prefer.
