  Removalists went to the address wrong & were an hour late. They weren’t very coordinated n their approach - thinking possibly not experienced. Whilst they were pleasant folk, we found that two items were damaged. A painting which we have not reported, but we did report the ikea bedside table where packing tape was used to secure the drawers & it removed the laminate on the top of the drawers; could not be repaired & we received no response from the manager about this damage when reported. Job also took a lot longer than estimated when quoted, we did however receive a discount off the final cost.

  What a stressful day. We booked for 12 on a Saturday after explaining we had a tight schedule. After 90 mins we called Quickstar to be told there was a delay. A broken down truck-well not their fault but communication is. On and off all day waiting and rescheduling everyone else involved. (Its a domino effect) By 4pm we had a sympathetic ear but more broken promises and by 6.45 pm a very sad overloaded car left taking what we could and giving up on everything else. ( We got a call 15mins later to say they had arrived ....)What a nightmare. We did get our deposit back quickly but I would never TRY to use them again as moving is already stressful but broken promises left us high and dry without a removalist. If they had told us when they heard that the truck had broken down we might have had options but at 7pm on a Saturday night what option did we have?? Still trying to arrange some help.....

  I cant recommend these guys enough !!! I had to move at the very last minute and contacted these guys with a few days notice. Absolutely incredible and responsive and did everything they said they would. The boys moved everything so quickly and the entire job was done in absolute record time. I couldn't be happier to have chose this service and will be recommending them to every one i know thanks so muck For QuickStar Movers Staff .
