  Farshid replies quickly, arrives promptly by set time, does a thorough job, writes his report with supporting photos in 24-48 hours and is very friendly. I think the time to produce the report is usually 2 weeks from past experience.

  Farshid conducted a very thorough inspection of our property, the report included many photos to of areas that need repair such as roof tiles. He took time to answer our questions of areas we were concerned about. Our inspection was Not a pre- purchase but to find out where money needs be spend on our property.
