Just had our ceiling removed and replaced, and couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, Pro Performance Maintenance were professional, courteous, and friendly. They showed up on time each day, worked efficiently, and left the space spotless. It’s clear that pride in workmanship still exists with some people these days, and it really shows in the quality of the finish. Our strata recently had a larger scale piece of work undertaken by PPM. Marcel and his team were a pleasure to deal with from scoping the work, through quoting, delivery and follow-up. Marcel was knowledgeable and found ways to undertake the required works in a cost effective and efficient manner. Communication was good as to when the team would attend site, and Marcel was always contactable when required, and came back quickly when unavailable. A cost-saving discovery was converted into additional scope to deliver a good end product. The job had complexities in defining the delivery methodology and was delivered with no cost overruns.
