Yes, we have professional indemnity insurance as required by the Property Stock and Business Agents Act.  We guarantee our work and the service that we provide to our clients.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have always wanted to assist people and co-ordinate, arrange and provide advice for the betterment of their situation.  With strata management being a service related industry this suited me to what I was looking for in a career.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

There are many; however assisting a client with a defects claim whereby they were to settle for $1M claim and I was appointed and assisting in having the claim approved for defect rectification for in excess of $3M. The building would have had to cover the $2M shortfall if this was not pursued.

What are your communication standards: We respond to all e-mails same day and phone calls are always returned same day without fail. How can you assist us in saving money: There are a number of ways, however we can look at saving on your utilities such as common electricity and water.

Being the CEO of Pristine Living Management, I come with close to 20-years of strata management experience.  While the team and I have a great deal of expertise in the strata management sector, our core focus is servicing the needs and requirements of our clients in an efficient manner.

Nothing really needs to be done before hand.  We can provide advice and recommendations on saving money once we are appointed as the strata managers.

Our pricing is complimentary to our high level of service.  We are not the most expensive strata management company nor the cheapest, however we provide a competitive management fee support by a high end service.

We utilise an industry approved agency agreement with a fixed rate management fee that includes disbursements.  Our agreement is one as supplied by Strata Community Australia.

We specialise in all aspects of strata and community title management.  Residential, commercial, industrial, community and neighbourhood associations and building management committee's.

We have been in the strata management industry for in excess of 25 years.  All our team members are either certified strata managers or hold a licence.  We provide education and support services to all our clients to assist them in understand strata living.
