We specialise in: • Strength and conditioning • Calisthenics • Boxing (HIIT) • Functional HIIT training • Hybrid fascia training to re-posture your spine and improve pelvic strength • Rehabilitation and recovery support Every session includes a full warm-up with dynamic stretching to prepare your body, and a deep stretch at the end to help with recovery and reduce soreness. We also tailor: • A training program you can follow on days you are not with us • A simple, realistic meal outline aligned with your goals, to help you get sustainable results New, more affordable pricing Sessions are 45 minutes. • Casual 1-on-1 Session: $70 • 5-Session Pack: $320 (save $30) • 10-Session Pack: $600 (save $100) • Group Sessions (2–4 people): $40 per person Message directly with your goals, location, and preferred days/times so we can lock in a plan that actually fits your life and budget. Sebastian is a brilliant teacher. After just 2 weeks he has consistently guided me & given me the tools in order so I can potentially reach my goals. He is very easy going, reliable cheerful and always smiling. He is so patient & doesn’t seem to mind answering any questions on nutrition or the body no matter how many:) He’s fit & so focused on what needs to get done for our sessions from beginning to end. He makes exercise and eating clean seem exciting and now I’ve become this way too. Sebastian pushes me to get higher & go harder. I can see real improvement & it’s only the beginning. I’m excited!
