“How long will the job take?” Most floors take 2–5 days depending on size, slab condition, and finish.  “Do I need to prep the area?” Just clear furniture and floor coverings — we handle the rest, including glue or tile removal if needed.  “What’s the difference between grind and seal vs. mechanically polished concrete?” Grind and seal uses a protective coating on top. MPC is a more intensive process that creates a permanent, high-gloss finish built into the concrete itself.  “Will it crack?” We don’t control the slab, but we can grind around or treat existing cracks — and sealing helps prevent moisture issues going forward.
