  I rarely take the time to write long Google reviews, but Sarah and her team absolutely deserve it. My partner and I first contacted Sarah for our new property purchase just before the Christmas break last year — a typically challenging period to get momentum due to office closures for holiday breaks and staff shortages — yet she was still able to organize all required matters promptly and move things forward efficiently. This ensured we met our finance and building & pest deadlines without unnecessary stress, which was incredibly reassuring during such a critical stage of a property purchase. From the moment the seller accepted our offer and the contract was signed, Sarah handled the entire conveyancing process seamlessly. She kept us well informed at every stage of the contract and settlement, clearly explaining all legal requirements and next steps. When issues arose throughout the process — including settlement delays — Sarah proactively provided practical, well-considered advice, such as exploring options around early possession and interim storage of furniture. In addition, despite the holiday period, she consistently went above and beyond, often working late hours to provide updates or answer questions, sometimes as late as 11pm (which I genuinely appreciated, but also felt bad about at the same time). The entire process was smooth, structured, and professionally managed from start to finish. Building a successful property portfolio requires a strong team — broker, accountant, solicitor, and property manager all working in sync. Having a great solicitor is one of the most critical components of that team, and Sarah absolutely fits this role. She is proactive, highly efficient, detail-oriented, and always responsive with clear, practical communication. On a personal note, thank you Sarah for making what could have been a stressful process straightforward and well executed — especially over the Christmas and New Year period, which is never an easy time to get things moving. Your dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate the effort you and your team put into our property purchase.   Sarah Carkeet completed the conveyancing for an apartment I purchased at Maroochydore, Queensland. Since I live in Melbourne I was reliant on phone and email to maintain contact with Sarah to complete all the necessary tasks, such as property title searches, checking works at the property, balancing what was owing on the Body Corporate Fees, and arranging the transfer of the balance of the purchase price by the settlement day. Sarah has a kindly manner and performed in a professional manner to transfer the property title without any hiccups. I could not have been any happier. Highly recommended.

  Premier Legal Services handled the sale of an investment property in QLD for us. My husband and I were a little nervous about how everything would be finalised, given that we live in another state and everything was to be handled remotely. We need not have worried. The team at Premier kept us up to date at all times, and were very efficient and helpful, and their prices were very reasonable too. We would definitely recommend them.
