After working in the business for over 10 years, the time eventually came when everything was handed over to me. I’m a FIFO sparky and getting my tax done properly is a big deal for me. Since moving to BGHQ it’s been a completely different experience. They understand FIFO work and all the deductions that come with it, making a huge difference to my overall tax refund. I always enjoy the refund they manage to get me — it’s definitely better than what my previous accountant was getting. That said, they’re upfront and always remind me every year is different, which I respect. Whole process is easy even when im working in WA. Good to deal with accountants who specialise in FIFO - especially Kim. Would definitely recommend BGHQ to anyone working away who wants their tax done properly.

I’m a carpenter and honestly didn’t realise how much value I was missing out on with my old accountant. Just thought accountants were a once a year tax thing. Since moving to BGHQ, it feels more like a proper relationship than a transaction. Way better advice, way more support, and I’m clearly better off. Wish I’d switched sooner.
