  Overall the guys worked very hard on the day in getting everything out of the house and into our new place without dramas. Unfortunately there were items left at our property that I specifically asked them to remove before we had to hand the property to the New buyers that were never collected and had to be disposed of ourselves being one of their trolleys and blankets. Seemed once the Invoice was paid they didn't care to come and collect their items they left which was disappointing.

  Hi Mae, Thank you for your review, I sincerely apologise that the trolley and blanket (not blankets as per our sms correspondence) had to be disposed of yourself. I was not aware that this had occurred. As discussed between yourself and I - my son had been in the children's hospital with burns. Unfortunately I had left this responsibility with my staff as I had personal commitments I had to attend too. My staff member (who has now been terminated by the company) admittingly unfortunately also had a personal situation involving his child that needed attending too. I cannot apologise enough that we were unable to collect these items in a timely manner and for lack of communication on out part.
