Yes I am insured and carry the required public liability insurance. I provide a 'satisfaction' guarantee including leaving your premises clean and tidy.

I specialise in helping people get their homes 'sale ready'. By attending to those long-ignored maintenance items you can generally add 1,000's to your sale price.

How long have they been in the industry? Do they have any qualifications? Do they guarantee to turn up on time? Do they guarantee their work?

What is your hourly rate? This is generally a meaningless number. No two repair jobs are alike. I prefer to provide a fixed quote once I have looked at he work. Do you require a deposit before the works commence? In most cases yes; to cover the cost of materials pre-purchased for the work.

To provide an accurate quote we need as much information as possible including photos if possible. Provide details about site access and parking particularly if located in a commercial area or unit block.

Value for money; qualified tradesman. I may not be the cheapest however you will receive great value for money and quality work.

Generally I provide a fixed fee based on a quote. For smaller jobs I can quote from photos. Larger work may require an on-site visit.

Building repairs and maintenance, carpentry and pressure cleaning. For example; decking repairs, replacement and repairs to external stairs; replacement of rotten weatherboards.

I have been in the building industry my entire working life. I provide a full range of carpentry, general maintenance services along with rubbish removal and cleaning. I service domestic and commercial properties ranging from one-off or emergency repairs to on-going scheduled maintenance.
